Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PepChamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

PepChamp is a personal peptide protocol tracking tool. It allows you to log protocols, track doses, record injection sites, browse educational research guides, book optional educational video consultations with licensed nurses, and participate in community discussions. PepChamp does not sell, prescribe, or distribute any peptides or medications.

Medical Disclaimer

PepChamp is for informational and tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, modifying, or stopping any therapy. You assume full responsibility for any health decisions you make.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PepChamp. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen.

User Content & Community — Zero Tolerance Policy

PepChamp has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations will result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination without warning or refund.

You retain ownership of content you post in the community forum. By posting, you grant PepChamp a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app. You agree not to post content that is:

• Harassing, threatening, abusive, or bullying toward any user
• Hate speech or discriminatory based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or identity
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive material
• Violent, graphic, or promoting self-harm
• Spam, scams, or commercial advertising
• Medically dangerous misinformation
• Attempts to buy, sell, trade, or source peptides or any other substances
• Illegal or promoting illegal activity
• Personal information (your own or others')

Moderation commitment: All user-generated content is subject to moderation. Users can flag any post or reply via the report icon, and block any abusive user to immediately remove their content from the feed. Our team reviews reported content within 24 hours. Violations result in content removal and, for severe or repeat violations, permanent account termination. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. PepChamp reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without notice.

By using the community features, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and you agree to these terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the app to purchase, sell, or distribute controlled substances
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the app's operation or infrastructure

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

PepChamp offers optional paid features:

• Pro Monthly — $5.99/month, auto-renewing 1-month subscription
• Pro Annual — $39.99/year, auto-renewing 12-month subscription
• Pro Lifetime — $74.99 one-time purchase, no recurring charge
• Research Guides — $1.99 each, one-time purchases. Each guide is a standalone educational summary of peer-reviewed peptide research for a specific category (e.g., GH peptides, recovery, longevity, fat loss, immune modulation). Research Guides are educational content only; they are not medical advice, treatment plans, or recommended doses.

Pro Monthly and Pro Annual include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Your Apple ID will not be charged during the trial. The subscription will automatically begin and your Apple ID will be charged the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect active subscription periods.

Nurse Consultations

PepChamp allows you to book optional 30-minute educational video calls with licensed Registered Nurses. The following terms apply to these consultations:

• Educational scope: Calls are educational conversations only. Your nurse cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, order labs, or recommend specific doses or protocols. They can discuss published research, help you understand lab terminology, and answer general questions. These calls are not a substitute for care from your personal physician.
• Pricing: Each consultation is $49.95 USD, charged at booking via Stripe. Per Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.3(d) Person-to-Person Services, live 1:1 video consultations are exempt from in-app purchase, so payment is processed by Stripe rather than Apple. You will receive a receipt at the email on your account.
• Data shared with your nurse: When you book, your nurse will be able to see — for the duration of that booking — your name, gender, age, state, goals, active protocols, recent dose-log count and side-effect notes (last 14 days), wellness score averages (last 7 days), most recent body measurement entry, most recent blood-work panel reference (without marker values), and a count of your prior visits with the same nurse. Access is revoked the moment the booking is canceled or completed. The full scope is enumerated in our Privacy Policy. You are asked to consent to this sharing in-app before your first booking is confirmed.
• Refunds: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method if (a) you cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time, or (b) your nurse cancels for any reason. Refunds typically post to your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the call are not refunded — if you cannot make the call, please contact us at [email protected] before the scheduled time. No-show users (booked but did not join the call within the call window) are not refunded.
• State licensure: Practitioners are licensed in specific U.S. states. The app filters available practitioners by the state in your profile. You must provide an accurate U.S. address (street, city, state, ZIP) before booking. You may only book with practitioners licensed in your state.
• Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled consultation at any time, up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time, through the Consult tab in the app. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the call are not accepted through the app; if you need to cancel within 1 hour of the start time, contact us at [email protected]. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of the consultation feature for your account.
• Practitioner cancellation: Practitioners may also cancel a scheduled consultation. If your nurse cancels, you will see the update in the app and may book another time with any available practitioner.
• Video infrastructure: Calls take place on a Jitsi Meet video room. The room URL functions as the access credential — treat it like a password and do not share it. We ask that you avoid sharing identifying personal health information on these calls; they are educational, not clinical.
• Recording: PepChamp does not record, store, or transcribe the video or audio of consultations. Recording the call yourself, or capturing screenshots, is prohibited without the other party's explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

PepChamp, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of PepChamp and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

PepChamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health outcomes, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the app. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PepChamp at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app with an updated effective date. Continued use of PepChamp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
